The breakfast was marvelous, lots of food. The rooms were rather big and fairly quiet as for me, with an extra bed. Location: the hotel was next to everything, shopping centre/starbucks/all food places are literally around the corner and across the road, sightseeing or shopping and transportations. Sushi bar Umami was located 5 minutes walk away

I had a great stay at Jonrad hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Union Metro station and local bus stations. It was convenient to get around the city and even go to the Global Village. The breakfast was also nice, with a different menu every day. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was good and value my money.

Water pressure was low in the bathroom on 3rd floor.

Check-In was simple and swift. Reception Manager was helpful and welcoming. We were taken to our room rapidly. Porter was helpful and friendly. Room service and housekeeping are excellent. Small electric kettle (but see below) and hair dryer are provided. Arranged for safari and other outings at short notice.Well situated to town and Metro station. Easily accessible. Manager acceded to our request for change of room.

Not well known by taxi drivers, who seem to be knowing Panorama hotel better and use same for direction. Reception Manager retained our passports at Check-In, (as a security for payment?) Could have asked for advance payment instead. Noticed that passports of other clients retained as well. Room 308 is very noisy due to extractor fans/ducts behind the room. This windows of this room can be made sound proof. (tea bags/ sugar / milk powder / coffee powder can be provided at cost - with kettle) The fridge was empty.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and an additional bed available.

Great Location and Excellent Service

The hotel had a fabulous location close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and attentive, always making sure we had a great stay. The hotel offered a nice-sized swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where we could relax and refresh ourselves after a long day out. we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus service to the beach and shopping centers.

Our room lacked basic amenities like tea, coffee, milk or sugar which was a bit of a letdown. We also had to request towels and there was no room service.

Two separate bedrooms, one for the kids one for the parents. It was good to have this for a reasonable price.

The breakfast was really not good enough with few choice, no fresh fruit juice, no fresh fruit salad, not chocolate for the kids, etc. We've face another significant issue: there was not hot water in the shower or the bathroom. We've had to ask three times for this to be fixed, which means we haven't been able to give our baby a bath. It was fixed only after one day... And the fridge was not working properly whereas we had some food for the baby to be kept inside. Finally, the hotel is not well known so the taxi drivers don't know how to go there, and the map given on the hotel's site didn't seem to help them so much. We've lost time because of this.

Very polite stuff, they managed to solve all our problems. Nice and clean room. Normal breakfast. Good location near to the metro station and shopping center.

Toilet too cramp to enter as door and toilet bowl too close. Blankets and bed covers too old.we found Bed Bugs under blanket. Need refurnishing.Breakfast need improvement.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Dubai. the location was great as it was just next to the Union Metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. And finally, the hotel offered good value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities provided. I was impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was really satisfying and I couldn't find any faults.
